Shipping Information

Orders ship within 3-5 working days, pending product availability and credit card verification.


You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact hello@noon.world.


NOON is not held responsible for shipping carrier delays or for lost or stolen packages.



International Orders

NOON currently ships to the United States, Canada, and select EU/UK countries (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom).



Domestic & International Shipping

NOON offers free shipping on all orders within the United States for orders over $90 USD, and free shipping on international orders over $125 USD. Within each region we offer economy and express methods.


USA Domestic shipping methods:

Economy: 4-6 business days

Economy Express: 2-3 business days


Customers who purchase an expedited shipping option before 1pm EST on a business day will have their order shipped the same day. Expedited orders placed after 1pm EST will be shipped the following business day.


International shipments are estimated to take 5-15 business days.



Customs, Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes may be imposed on your order at the point of delivery or after it has been delivered. If you're unsure about if any, or how much duty is required on your order, please contact your local customs office for more information.



Returns Policy

There are no returns on NOON products at this time. If our products arrive damaged during shipping, please contact us within 10 days at hello@noon.world with documented photos of the damaged item, and we will be happy to send a free replacement at our discretion.



Refund and Satisfaction Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 10 days of your purchase date. We’ll be happy to assist you with a refund. Please contact our customer support team at hello@noon.world, including your order or receipt details.  



Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges on NOON products at this time.
